Initial case submissions are free unless otherwise stated.
 

Once a customer pays a service fee, refunds depend on how much work has been completed.

• Before processing begins: The service fee may be refunded, less any nonrefundable payment-processing charges.

• After document review or processing begins: Service fees are nonrefundable.

• Third-party fees: Government fees, certified-mail costs, record searches, publication fees, auction expenses, bond premiums, and other outside costs are nonrefundable once incurred.

• No guaranteed result: Payment does not guarantee title issuance, lien approval, payment recovery, auction results, or acceptance by any government agency.

• Duplicate payment or billing error: Contact us within 7 days so we can review and correct the charge.
